This report regroups all the training sessions of employees on a specific period of time.
Staffing rate
Reporting > Activities > Staffing > Staffing annual / Staffing monthly
This detailed report gives you the staffing rates on a given period, divided in months (Staffing monthly report) or years (Staffing annual report).
Staffing rate = Workdays / (Working days - Leaves - Off-contract activities with "non-work" checked).
The time spent in training is not taken into account for the calculation of the staffing rate.
For example, say that 2 employees have been assigned on a contract for December 2018 (20 workdays):
- The 1st employee is assigned 20 days on the contract: his staffing rate is of 100%.
- The 2nd employee is assigned 15 days on the contract and 5 days on a training session. His staffing rate is of 75%.
Capacity Planning
The Capacity Planning informs you of the occupation rate of every employee, that is their availability.
Trainings are talen into account in the calculation of the occupation rate. To continue the previous example, the 2 employees will have an occupation rate of 100% (pictured in days on the Capacity Planning).
