What is an off-contract activity?
Off-contract activities can be used to manage "support function" activities performed during inter-contract periods, for example.
Example of off-contract activities: Recruitment, Sales support, Pre-sales etc.

How to use off-contract activities?
In order to be able to submit timesheets to validation, they must be complete. Off-contract activities are therefore an indispensable tip for the employee who is not assigned to contracts on a daily basis to enable him to have a completed timesheet.
Another example of use of the off-contract activity: external employees will be able to use off-contract activities to complete their timesheet according to their interventions - via the configuration of an "absent" type off-contract activity.
How to configure off-contract activities?
A parameter allows you to activate or not the automatic display of off-contract activities in the input matrix (Settings > Activities > Enter Activity):
