In each employee’s file, you can keep track of bonuses paid out over the course of the year with:
- The settlement month (limited to one bonus per month)
- The period when the bonus is taken into account in the employee cost calculation.
Bonuses can be of any nature:
- 13th & 14th month
- profit sharing & participation
- company savings plan, etc.
