Optional parameters: Client informed & Replacement
How to activate the parameters
To activate the 2 parameters, go to Settings > Activities > Leaves:

Those parameters can provide the approver with additional information, namely:
- If the customer has been informed of your absence;
- If a replacement has been planned.
This information can be provided by:
- The employee when he submits his request for approval

- The approver, from the submodule "Requests to process"

You can now access this information from:
- The "History of requests" tab

- The Excel export

- The PDF export
