Optional parameters: Client informed & Replacement

How to activate the parameters

To activate the 2 parameters, go to Settings > Activities > Leaves:

Those parameters can provide the approver with additional information, namely:

  • If the customer has been informed of your absence;
  • If a replacement has been planned. 

This information can be provided by:

  • The employee when he submits his request for approval

  • The approver, from the submodule "Requests to process" 

You can now access this information from:

  • The "History of requests" tab

  • The Excel export

 

  •  The PDF export
