Projects and cases can be duplicated quickly: using the "Clone" function available in the "Action" menu.
Cloning allows you to take over all or part of all items related to the source project / case: assignment, due dates, purchases etc.
This feature enables you to deal with various problems:
- Managing recurring services from one period to another, type of subscription, tacit renewal, etc.
- Manage a catalogue of reference projects / cases which will form the basis for the creation of any new cases.
