During the assignment of employees to a contract, Fitnet Manager allows to identify the employees who fit best with the help of the feature search by tags. The software does an extended research on the indexed terms in CVs, skills, history of assignments, sectors/ segments etc.
In order to search, one should type tags in the search bar and press enter in the assignment pop-up.
Pour effectuer la recherche il faut renseigner les mots clés dans la barre de recherche de la fenêtre de l’affectation.
Every assignment allows also to describe the sklls that are being developed during the contract.
