Off-contract activity
Off-contract activities are activities excecuted by employees which are off behalf of a client. We can associate them to internal activities as sales support for example.
Therefore, those activities are not billable and will not be taken into account for the turnover calcultation.
Activity reports can be splitted in order to dissociate time spent on activities on behalf of a client and on off-contract activities.
In case of Unworked off-contract activity, system updates staffing rate : if an employee input time on this activity, he will still be considered as a free resource.
Internal contracts
Besides off-contract activities, Fitnet also allows you to create internal contract (billing mode is set to "Internal activity").
This contract type exclude the profitability and billable notions : those contracts are not invoiced and do not enter into turnover reports.
Internal projects and contracts are meant to schedule employees contribution and keep an eye on costs thanks to contract dashboard.
Typical using case of internal activities : call for tender answers are often managed with this billing mode. It enable profitabily consolidation for both completed activity (call for tender + production) gathered into one same project.
