Mileage scales (taxation)
Once the “Activate Vehicle Management” setting is activated, the official mileage scales published by the tax department are available. As this is official scales, no changes can be made.
Other tables
If the business applies its own scales, it is free to create as many tables as it may need and to assign effective dates to these tables.
It is the business’s responsibility to comply with the maximum allowable rates for the purposes of exemption from income taxes and/or social contributions.
