New feature: Multi-business purchases

You can now charge a same purchase on multiple contracts!

Multi-business purchases allow management at the purchase line level: each item can be attached or not to a contract, and be rebilled independently of other items.

Multi-business purchases implies:

  • One purchase, shared between several contracts ;
  • A cost of purchase shared between several contracts, and which therefore is displayed as charges at the contract level;
  • A single set of accounting entries, divided between the contracts and restated in the summary statements.

This new type of purchase is available when creating a purchase on a contract. It is possible to add purchase lines from the contract, the quote or the deliverables.

Corrections

RÈGLEMENT DES PRESTATAIRES | You can now attach types of documents to purchases. The attachments for the payment of service providers can therefore be defined according to a document type.
