Improve your management : set up monthly closures with Fitnet Manager
Production, costs and purchases can now be closed month by month!
Until now, you could entirely close the input of activities: timesheet, expenses and billing.
Fitnet goes even further in closing operations: closing of production, costs and purchases are now available.
The closing of production is available, no matter how you have decided to value your contracts. As a result, any closed period freezes the sales revenue produced definitively; nothing can alter it.
To access the closing feature : Configuration > Edit a company > Closed months

COSTS CLOSING | This function allows you to monthly block the creation, cancellation or modification of costs for a closed month. The closing of purchase also affects the management of external services.
PURCHASES CLOSING | This closing comes to freeze, depending on the parameter used for the "Calculation mode of internal employees' costs on contracts":
- the daily cost from the employment contract and/or the ADC configured on the employee's profile;
- fees and purchases which the validation process is in progress after the end of the month.
Closing the charges amounts to definitively freezing the charges in the reportings.
CATALOGUE OF SERVICES UNDER TYPES OF CONTRACTS | Catalogue of services can now be organized by type of contracts. The catalogue is updated according to the selected type of contrat chosen for each contract.
Parameter to activate in the module Setting > Contracts > Prioritize Benefit Types under Business Type
NEW SETTING AVAILABLE: CALCULATION OF A NEGATIVE REMAINING PRODUCTION IN ACTIVE / INACTIVE REPORTS | When the setting is activated, the negative residual amount is returned within the reports. It will be calculated according to the corresponding setting (Restitution of remaining production: Start / End / Smoothing / Strict smoothing).
A parameter is to activate in Setting > Contracts > Pane : Management Policies
API
CUSTOMERS APIs - ADDITION OF TERMS OF SETTLEMENT | Addition of the "Terms of settlement" property in the API corresponding to customers.
Possibility to specify a settlement condition with the POST method and to retrieve the data with the GET method, to be used with Fitnet to Excel.
RELIABILITY ON API REQUESTS | All additional property formats can be used when using APIs
INFRASTRUCTURE APIs | A backup server is now in place to back up the main API server if needed.
