Off-site work requests in Fitnet Manager are managed through declarative properties.
After their configuration, we have the possibility to add a Workflow.
To do so, Configuration>Workflows>Add
- Select in Target Object : Declarative properties
- Choose the declarative property that needs a workflow
- Configure the workflow
After that, all the requests are submitted directly on Timesheet (on PC or Smartphone)
After approval, declarative properties are taken into consideration in the following reports (Reporting> Activities) :
- Payroll information
- Planning of leaves
- Contrôle entries
- Activity report
