The main advantage of the Accounting function in Fitnet and of the generation of accounting entries on objects, is the possibility of exporting them. The 3 journals (Sales - Purchases - Expenses) can be exported in 2 different ways.
Export via the Reporting module
Go to Reporting > Accounting: Fitnet provides a consolidation of all entries generated by object:
- Sales Journal
- Purchase Journal
- Expenses Journal
Each of the reports can be exported in Excel format by clicking on the "Export to Excel" button.
Export via APIs
Many APIs are available directly from Configuration > API section > Journal. These APIs allow you to retrieve the 3 journals in a defined format for import into third-party accounting software. They can :
- be manually exported in .CSV format (with export management on date)
- either benefit from an automated interfacing via a URL
