What is an off-contract activity?
Off-contract activities enable you to monitor intercontract activities. This refers to activities that do not relate to a contract, therefore, activities that are not invoiced.
A timesheet must be completed to be submitted into validation cycle.
- In case an employee is assigned on half-time contract, off-contract activities are a good trick to allow him to declare a complete timesheet.
- Also, external employees who spend part time working on your projects will be able to declare complete timesheet by using off-contract activities as "off" of the company.
Here are few example of off-contract activities : HR, support, sales, pre-sales, etc.
Input completed time on off-contract activity
Employees can input off-contrat completed time through agenda or timesheet.
- On his timesheet he can add off-contract line by choosing the activity in the menu and clicking on the "+" icon
- Or, he can active a setting point to display all off-contract activities on his timesheet
On timesheets, off-contract activities are notified by
