The vacation/leave module allows you to:
- Check the estimated leave balance in real time or to date
- Automatically update counters according to the configured incrementation
- Make a leave request
- Process leave requests when submitted
- Manage which employee has access to which type of leave
- Export data to payroll
- Obtain a planning of leaves
- Keep a history of requests for each employee
Fitnet Manager automatically calculates for each type of leave:
- Acquired vacation days
- Taken vacation days
- Left vacation days
- The estimated leave balance to date
The types of leaves list is fully configurable and customizable for each employee. You can easily initialize acquired leaves counters for every financial year.
Settings allow to activate/deactivate leave management for external employees:
