★ Getting started with the Candidates Module
Candidates Module allows you to:
- Manage a recruitment process:
- Create the candidate profile and Attach documents to his profile, i.e., resume, cover letter, etc.
- Create the recruitment process
- Configure and manage the candidates' skills
- Create Evaluation plans
- Turn the candidate (once hired) into an employee, or Deactivate the candidate's profile
- Create and manage a pool of candidates
- Group together candidates and their details
- Search for a candidate by skill and filter candidates
- Follow candidates' development via tasks and reports
- Assign a candidate to an opportunity
- Change the candidates' status keeping the history of the modifications made
Please note that the Candidate Module is not enabled by default. To activate it, you must activate the corresponding setting: Settings > HR Folders > Enable applicant management.
