DEFINITION
In addition to invoices arising from cases, it is possible to manage free invoices:
these are manually created invoices
they point to a customer but are not necessarily related to a case / project
CREATING A FREE INVOICE
Free invoices are created from the Invoicing Module> Create> Create Invoice.
Conventional input fields of invoice - payment terms / VAT / date / customer - are to be filled in to finalise creation of the free invoice.
If the free invoice is attached to a particular service, taking account of the amount invoiced freely is optional: you can choose whether the amount should enter the invoice monitoring of the reference case or not.
The invoice thus created and saved is in the Invoicing Module> invoices, recognisable by the icon
