Purchase order management is an activatable/deactivatable functionality. Settings > Purchases tab > Activate purchase order management.
Once the purchase is created, the [action] button allows to obtain the PDF export of the Order Form.
The PDF export of the purchase order form can also be done from the "managing purchases" screen which groups together all the purchases over a given period.
