Unlimited use of your additional property data!
In Fitnet Manager you have the possibility to add additional properties in the Contracts, Purchases and HR Folders modules. These fully customizable fields allow you to manage all the data you need that is not offered by default in the tool.
You can now use these additional properties : they are available in APIs.
You can retrieve the data from GET methods of the different objects (Contracts, Projects, Employees). It is also possible to use the POST and PUT methods on these properties!
This evolution opens up infinite possibilities at all levels: reporting, analyzes, interfacing, etc.
It's your turn: configure your properties freely and without limit, they can be used, even in Cockpit!

The Gantt Chart tool - available in the Planning module - has been updated. We invite you to rediscover this planning assistance functionality.
Access to the tool has also been redesigned. You can open the GANTT chart form each contract or project:
- Click on the "Actions" button > Gantt chart
- Also available from Assigments tab via the "Gantt Chart" button.

ADD THE DELIVERABLE COMPONENT AT THE PROJECT LEVEL | At the project level you will now be able to find the deliverables created on the different contracts - in the same way as assignments or billing deadlines. Information is centralized and modifications can be made directly from the project.
MONITORING OF PURCHASES - EXCEL EXPORT | The information from the Business Unit goes back into the Excel export of the monitoring of purchases table.
CONTRACTS MODULE - PAGINATION OF MONITORING PURCHASES | The monitoring purchase table is now displayed page by page. The purpose of pagination is to improve the table performance.
BILLING - ASSET MANAGEMENT | Attaching a asset to an invoice becomes optional! When creating a credit note, the system no longer necessarily requires to attach an asset.
FITNET SEARCH4SKILLS | Indexing of assignments in the search by tags : the system records for each employee, the history of customers-projects-contracts on what he worked. The search by tag is carried out for example on : customers segments, contracts categories, etc. This development therefore makes it possible to use the employees experience as a search criterion! The evolution also includes the availability of research by tag directly in the Capacity Planning.

MANAGEMENT OF OVERTIME HOURS | The workflows status (time and costs) have been improved.
MANAGEMENT OF CONTRACTS WITH MULTI-CURRENCY | In a contracts with a foreign currency (contract currency), the costs, purchases, discount lines, free invoices and assets are now converted during re-billing.
