Details on each activity appear in a bubble you can display by pointing the mouse over activity.
There are 2 types of reading only activities (impossible to add thoses types through calendar) :
- Activities provided by extern agenda
- Tasks and Reports provided by Contract or HR Folders modules
Tasks and reports arise from Commercial activity function on contracts and HR datas. It appears in employees' calendars in one condition : employees are assigned as participants to it.
