All 3 plannings available for the contract are interactive and give you access to several functionalities:
- Select the time slot for planning display
- Obtain a report of an employee activity
- Edit an employee activity: click on the employee last name/first name to access the details of his activity. You can then edit certain items: rate, cost, type of service, dates, etc.
- From all 3 plannings:

icons allow you to access directly employees timesheets. - Delete an assignment: however, if timesheet entries had been associated to this assignment, it will be lost.
The forecasted planning is directly modifiable. The same goes for the completed planning: accessing the contract thus allow you to view and edit employees completed timesheet entries.
For all 3 available plannings, for every employee, the system provides you with a report. These reports allow you to examine the details of the production (costs and margin).
