Configuration > Billing > Accounts
The accounts are configurable and will be automatically entered in the accounting entries according to their attachment / configuration.
The properties of an account are:
- Parent account : the choice of the parent account makes it possible to rank the accounts (of the same type) among themselves. In terms of reporting, we have a consolidation by concentration accounts.
- Designation
- Type : the type of account determines the object that we will be able to attach to this account (Customer / Collected VAT / Supplier / Staff / Deductible VAT) to break the accounting entries.
- Concentration account: if the box is checked, it means that the account can potentially be chosen as the parent account of another account.
